How do I get my guide?
Straight after payment you'll see a download link on the order page, and you'll also get it by email.
What format are the guides?
PDF files, which open on phones, tablets and computers. You can also print them, and the worksheets are designed to be printed or filled in on a tablet.
I didn't get my email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email us at marigoldguides@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I share my guide with friends?
Guides are for personal use only. Please don't copy, share or resell them. If a friend would like one, send them our way!
Do you offer refunds?
Because guides are digital downloads, we can't usually offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If there's a problem with your file, contact us and we'll fix it.
Are the guides professional advice?
No. They share general, practical information. For health, money, legal or visa questions about your own situation, speak to a qualified professional.
