These terms apply when you buy from Marigold Guides (marigoldguides.com). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

We sell digital guides as PDF files. Each product page describes what's inside and how many pages it has.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Your guide is available to download straight after payment, on your order page and by email. See our Shipping policy for details.

Cancellations and refunds

Because guides are digital downloads, you agree to immediate access when you buy, and you lose your right to cancel once the download begins. If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll fix, replace or refund it. See our Refund policy for details. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Your licence

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute the guides, in whole or in part. All content and designs belong to Marigold Guides.
